The Principal Son Amoixa is a stylish gourmet country hotel with the excellent fine dining restaurant «Principal», which is also open to non-hotel guests. Guests enjoy an excellent seasonal à la carte cuisine with weekly changing recommendations from chef José as well as an exquisite wine selection with a focus on Mallorcan wines. The restaurant has been awarded the HolidayCheck Special Award for Gastronomy and was recommended by the Michelin Guide 2019. During the warm season, service is provided on the sunny terrace; vegan and vegetarian dishes are available on request, as well as half board with a Mediterranean 3-course menu.
